Responsibilities
Develop and implement training programmes that enhance players' skills and fitness levels.
Conduct regular practice sessions, focusing on technique, strategy, and teamwork.
Assess players' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Promote a culture of respect, sportsmanship, and fair play among all team members.
Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques and football strategies to enhance team performance.
Experience
Previous experience in sports coaching is essential, with a focus on football preferred.
A background in teaching or mentoring is highly advantageous, as it aids in player development.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey strategies and feedback to players of all ages.
