Job Description

Elite Football Coaching delivers

structured, high-performance football development sessions

for committed players aged U7+, supporting their progression from grassroots football towards academy-level environments.

We are expanding and are seeking

experienced football coaches

who can consistently deliver

structured, high-tempo, technically detailed sessions

and who value long-term player development over box-ticking.

The Role

As a Lead Football Coach, you will:

Plan and deliver

structured group development sessions

Coach with

clarity, intensity, and purpose

Maintain high standards in

session tempo, technical detail, and player behaviour

Provide clear, constructive feedback to support player development Represent Elite Football Coaching professionally with players and parents
Coaching Environment

This is a

performance-led coaching environment

with:

Committed players and families Clear session standards and expectations Support, structure, and accountability Emphasis on quality repetitions and learning, not games-based babysitting Coaches who thrive in unstructured or low-intensity settings will not enjoy this role.
Essential Requirements

Applicants

must

have:

- Ability to deliver structured sessions with clarity and energy
- FA Level 1 minimum (UEFA C preferred)
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience delivering football coaching sessions independently

Preferred

Full UK driving licence and access to transport

Monday and Friday evenings Additional evening and weekend coaching opportunities available Extra hours during school holidays (clinics and performance camps)
