Our goal is massive... we are aiming to become the 'World's Leading Children's Football Coaching Organisation'. The Football Fun Factory was founded in 2017 and has now grown into a nationwide football provider and is spreading across the UK and beyond.
The Role
The Football Fun Factory is the UK's fastest-growing children's football coaching franchise and most of our Head Coaches are franchisees, owning and operating their very own football coaching franchise.
This role is to support the local franchisee in the running of their football programmes. We have Lead Coach and Assistant Coach positions available within Steyning, Ashington and surrounding areas.
The Person
You will be a confident football coach with an ability to engage and inspire children. You will need to be an excellent face to face communicator and fantastic at building and developing relationships with both parents and children.
Qualifications
You will need a football coaching qualification, first aid certification and valid DBS check.
Hours
Hours will vary depending on your availability. Mostly Friday and Saturday mornings to begin with, with a look at growing a busier schedule together over time. There are also opportunities in the school holidays.
Location
Your place of work will vary across West Sussex. Mainly Steyning, Ashington and surrounding areas.
Other locations will be added in time.
Rates of Pay
The rate of pay for sessions and camps in the school holidays will be agreed prior to the delivery of your sessions.

Pay: 15.00-25.00 per hour
