dedicated in-house lead generation team
to help us reach more investors, landlords, and property owners.
Role Overview
This role is all about generating new business opportunities.
You'll be responsible for finding, qualifying, and connecting with potential investors and landlords using our
19-method lead generation system
-- a proven process we've built in-house that delivers real results.
You'll be trained step-by-step, but success comes down to your consistency, confidence, and ability to communicate.
Key Responsibilities
Follow the
19 lead generation methods
daily (training provided).
Build databases of potential investors, landlords, and agents.
Reach out via LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, and email.
Log every lead into
Monday.com CRM
, tagging and updating progress.
Book calls and meetings for the sales team.
Track performance and share feedback on what's working.
Support marketing and content outreach campaigns.
What We're Looking For
Confident and outgoing communicator.
Organised and able to follow structured processes.
Tech-friendly -- quick with WhatsApp Web, LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and CRMs.
Self-motivated with a drive to hit targets.
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced office environment.
Previous experience in
sales, marketing, or property
is a plus (but not essential).
