We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential business clients through targeted outreach, primarily focusing on B2B sales. The successful candidate will play a vital part in expanding our client base by leveraging excellent communication skills and CRM tools. Fluency in English is essential.
Responsibilities
Proactively conduct outbound cold-calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities and set appointments.
Research, identify, and qualify potential clients using a combination of team-provided data and independently sourced leads.
Utilise CRM software to track, manage, and maintain accurate records of all client interactions and follow-ups.
Assess potential clients' needs and effectively match them with our services to create meaningful business opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and optimise lead generation efforts.
Provide regular, detailed reports on lead generation activities, results, and insights to support management decision-making.
Continuously develop industry knowledge and sales skills to maximize conversion and impact.
Qualifications
Confident and enthusiastic communicator, comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls.
Highly motivated and target-driven, with a strong commitment to achieving results.
Excellent verbal communication skills
Organised and able to manage follow-ups and records accurately.
Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
