Key Responsibilities

Build rapport quickly and engage prospects professionally
Qualify customers by identifying needs, interest, and eligibility
Accurately record customer details and outcomes on the CRM system
Transfer fully qualified leads to the closing team
Consistently achieve daily and weekly KPIs and targets
Maintain compliance and professional standards at all times
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales, telesales, or lead generation role
Confident, persuasive telephone manner
Strong communication, listening, and objection-handling skills
Proven ability to work to targets and KPIs
Reliable and punctual with the ability to work

Comfortable using CRM systems and basic IT tools
