We are a fast-growing car leasing company dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and competitive vehicle leasing solutions for individuals and businesses. As we continue to expand, we are building a dedicated Lead Generation Team to support our Sales function by driving new business opportunities and engaging with potential customers at the very start of their journey.
Role Purpose
The
Lead Generation Sales Executive
will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads for the Sales Team. Working closely alongside the Sales department, this role is critical in building the sales pipeline, nurturing customer interest, and ensuring a seamless handover of qualified opportunities to Sales.
This position requires a confident communicator, someone who enjoys speaking with customers, understands their needs, and can spark interest in our vehicle leasing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively contact potential customers via phone, email, and digital channels to generate interest in car leasing solutions.
Respond promptly to inbound enquiries and qualify leads against business criteria.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers for the Sales Team.
Understand customer needs and match them with suitable leasing options.
Ensure all leads are accurately logged, tracked, and updated in the CRM system.
Collaborate with Sales colleagues to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets for lead generation, conversion, and quality.
Keep up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Deliver an excellent customer experience from the very first point of contact.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in sales, telesales, or lead generation (B2B or B2C preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner.
Ability to build rapport quickly and identify customer needs.
Target-driven with proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple leads effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes (training provided if needed).
Knowledge of the automotive or leasing industry is an advantage, but not essential.

26,000 Salary + Commission
8.45am - 6pm - Monday - Friday - Check weekend availability - Some weekends may be required
