to join our growing team, helping to generate new business opportunities and support our marketing activity across social media and digital platforms.
Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to develop skills in
lead generation, marketing, and business administration
within a progressive and environmentally focused industry.
You'll play an active role in finding and contacting potential clients, creating engaging social media content, and keeping our data and communications organised.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development
Research and identify potential clients such as builders, developers, and architects
Make
outbound B2B calls
to introduce TimberTight's services and build relationships
Follow up on marketing leads and website enquiries
Record contact details, call outcomes, and follow-up actions in shared spreadsheets
Support the Managing Director with appointment setting and diary coordination
Social Media & Marketing
Create and schedule posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
Help grow our online presence through engaging, industry-relevant content
Assist with newsletters, email marketing, and photography of projects
Track engagement and suggest improvements to campaigns
Data Control & Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and enquiry records in Excel or Google Sheets
Compile simple reports on leads, enquiries, and marketing reach
Support day-to-day administrative duties including emails, filing, and correspondence
Skills & Attributes
Confident communicator -- especially comfortable making phone calls
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data
Well-organised, proactive, and reliable
Interest in marketing, sustainability, and modern construction
Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets essential)
Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is a plus
Training & Development
Full training on TimberTight's timber frame systems and sales approach
Guidance on effective B2B communication and lead-generation techniques
Mentoring to develop skills in marketing, business administration, and customer relations
Potential to progress into Marketing, Sales, or Business Development roles
Qualifications
A-Level, BTEC, or degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
