Summary

We are seeking a motivated Booking Coordinator and Marketing Assistant to join our team and someone who can help with all our promotional activity. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to promote our photography services. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of helping families preserve their most precious memories. All our leads come from partners who give their clients gift packs from us. Therefore, each client will have information and will be expecting a call, there is no cold calling. Our promotional activities vary from online targeted Facebook promotions to various sales channels and prospecting new partnerships. It could also include when required, engaging with members of the public in the field to fulfil lead generation.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our photography services. Engage with customers to understand their needs and promote relevant packages. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our database. Follow up with leads and provide additional information as needed. Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting. Represent the company to the public through promotional sales. Active Facebook marketing and running promotions.

Requirements

Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Enthusiasm for photography and an understanding of its value in preserving memories. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good face to face communication and skills. Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
