LaunchPad Sports is looking for a

Lead Gymnastics Coach

to deliver high-quality, fun-first gymnastics sessions in primary schools across our partner network.

This role is ideal for an experienced gymnastics coach who enjoys working with children, takes pride in session quality, and wants to be part of a growing organisation with long-term opportunities.

About the Role

As Lead Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for delivering engaging gymnastics sessions to

KS1 and KS2 pupils

within primary schools. Sessions are designed to be inclusive, confidence-building, and the highlight of a child's week.

You will lead sessions independently, set the standard for delivery, and represent LaunchPad professionally with schools and parents.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality gymnastics sessions in primary schools Plan and lead fun, structured, age-appropriate sessions Create a positive, inclusive environment for all abilities Manage behaviour effectively and safely Set up and pack away gymnastics equipment Maintain registers and basic session admin Communicate professionally with school staff when required

Who We're Looking For

An experienced gymnastics coach confident leading sessions independently Someone who enjoys working with children aged 4-11 Organised, reliable, and professional Passionate about making sport fun and accessible Comfortable working in school environments

Essential Requirements

Gymnastics coaching qualification or equivalent experience Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) Safeguarding & First Aid (or willingness to complete) Strong communication skills Reliable transport preferred
