We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading recreational classes to children aged 4-12years, ensuring a safe and encouraging environment. Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging gymnastics training sessions tailored to different age groups and ability levels. Demonstrate proper techniques for various gymnastic routines and exercises, ensuring safety at all times. Monitor participants' progress, providing constructive feedback and encouragement to enhance their skills. Work alongside an assistant coach and offer guidance and suggestions where necessar. Ensure all equipment is used correctly and maintained in a safe, clean condition. Enforce safety rules and procedures during all activities to prevent injuries. Foster a positive environment that promotes teamwork, confidence, and enjoyment of the sport.

Skills

Level 2 Gymnastics Coaching Certificate. Experience in gymnastics coaching. Strong teaching abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire participants of diverse ages. Excellent communication skills, able to clearly demonstrate techniques and give constructive feedback. Organised with the ability to plan engaging training sessions that cater to different skill levels and adapt in real time. Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to sporting activities. Passionate about promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles through coaching. Pay: 25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3.5 - 7 per week
