We have a fantastic on-site team and are currently seeking a skilled Lead Injection Moulding Setter to join our growing business and oversee a small, dedicated team. Job Overview
We're looking for someone with strong experience in mould setting, conditioning, and process optimisation to help us maintain excellent efficiency and product quality. You'll be confident in running a smooth and efficient mould shop, using proactive problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and support continuous improvement. Clear, positive communication is essential, as you'll be working closely with all shifts to ensure everything runs seamlessly and effectively.
Monday - Thursday 7:30pm-7:30am - 4 nights only

Key Responsibilities
Optimise production and minimise downtime
, with a particular focus on priority machines.
Prepare, load, and change mould tools
, ensuring all utilities are correctly connected.
Adjust machine settings
to achieve the best cycle times and consistently high-quality parts.
Carry out routine preventative maintenance
on machines and tools and work closely with technical support to quickly resolve any issues.
Monitor all moulding processes
and take appropriate action when adjustments are required.
Identify and suggest improvements
to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall performance.
Support smooth and effective shift handovers
by providing clear communication and updates with your colleagues, across the shift patterns.
Ensure full compliance with PPE, Health & Safety regulations, and maintain excellent housekeeping standards.
Provide strong leadership
supporting, guiding, and motivating your team to do their best work.
