WHAT IS ON OFFER






Alfred H Knight is seeking a motivated professional to lead the provision of Audit and CAP Management services for circular economy commodities and clients across the AHK Group.







In this pivotal role, you will manage the effective and efficient delivery of services, coordinating seamlessly between clients, ITAD facilities, Alfred H Knight International Ltd and its subsidiaries. You will also play a key role in developing and expanding a network of skilled auditors across the group, ensuring comprehensive coverage and expertise within each operational region.





Key Responsibilities



To work in compliance with the company quality management system and, where applicable the International Standard BS EN ISO 17020:2012. To have a thorough understanding of, and to work in compliance with the company impartiality and confidentiality policies. To identify, develop and lead a team of qualified auditors across the group to support ongoing and emerging audit/QM activities. To provide training and development to team members across the group.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential




Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise professionally at all levels within the company, UK and overseas. Demonstrated understanding of quality service delivery and the factors involved in maintaining high standards. Excellent organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently, manage workload, and plan work schedules effectively. IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and capable of preparing management information and reports. A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong initiative.

Required Work Experience




Proven experience conducting audits within ITAD, Vault Auditing, or similar circular economy sectors. Experience managing or participating in audit activities aligned with relevant industry practices and standards. Experience identifying and mitigating operational risks specific to client materials and locations. Exposure to customer-facing or service-driven environments.



Required Qualifications





Certified R2v3 Auditor (or willingness to complete training) Internal or Lead Auditor certification in one or more ISO standards (9001, 27001, 14001, 45001) GCSE grade A-C (or equivalent) in English, Maths and Science Lead (preferably) or Internal Auditor qualified in one or more of the following:

- ISO 9001 - QMS (Internal or Lead Auditor)


- ISO 27001 - Information Security (Internal or Lead Auditor)


- ISO 14001 - Environmental Management (Internal or Lead Auditor)


- ISO 45001 - Health and Safety (Internal or Lead Auditor)

Languages




Additional languages are advantageous, particularly those relevant to AHK Group's regions of operation.

Travel




Willingness and ability to travel overseas to conduct onsite audits, liaise with clients, and deliver auditor training across AHK Group locations.
