L&J Fitters are looking for a Self Employed experienced site labourer who can take responsibility to lead the rip out team on our Sheffield contract.
We are refurbishing kitchens and bathrooms in Sheffield.
This is from rip out to completion, which involves removing the kitchens or bathroom, removing wallpaper tiles and flooring.
All rubbish needs to loaded into the onsite skip and ensuring site is clean and tidy throughout the day and before we leave site.
You will also make sure the trades have everything they need to carry out their jobs.
Good communication skills required and a willingness to provide pictures of work progress throughout the day.
You must be self employed and be CIS registered.
Pay rate will start at 110 per day but can be negotiated on performance and attendance after a period of time.
You will invoice our office on a weekly basis, your first pay day will be on the third Friday after your start date, then weekly thereafter.
