The RNLI strives to prevent drowning, to support this aim, we are offering up a fantastic opportunity of a position as a Lead Lifeguard Supervisor to manage our operations across our Hastings area.
This post is an exciting and challenging role, suitable for an individual with an enthusiastic approach and driven with good people and leadership skills. As Lead Lifeguard Supervisor the successful candidate will be managing a team of Supervisors across the Hastings area and working closely with a team of over 35 Lifeguards to deliver a safe and effective service on the 6 beaches across our operational area.
A sound knowledge of the beach environment and sea based recreational activities along with extensive experience in the provision of lifeguard services is required. As the Lead Lifeguard Supervisor, in this operationally focussed role it is essential that you are an excellent communicator, able to manage yourself and others effectively whilst managing delivery to budget and deadline. The ability to deal effectively with a broad range of people and situations is essential as well as a keenness to drive improvement and identify opportunities to best support the communities we serve.
