Lead Manufacturing Operator
Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated, conscientious, and committed individual ready to take on their next exciting challenge. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, "do it now" attitude and a strong focus on quality, supporting the Shift Team Leader by guiding and training operators to meet production standards and targets for elastomer moulded products.
Location: Aberdeen Headquarters
Reporting to: Shift Team Leader
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of New Product Introduction (NPI) jobs handed over by NPI Technicians.
Support operator development through hands-on training and coaching.
Step into Team Leader responsibilities during periods of absence.
Requirements
Proven experience in moulding within a manufacturing environment, ideally at a level equivalent to Grade 2 or higher.
Demonstrated leadership capability, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
A strong commitment to maintaining and improving quality standards.
A track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate must be able to work shifts, which is covered over a three-shift rotation pattern (6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm & 10pm - 6am) rotating each week
