What will you be doing?



The Logistics Lead shall support the Logistics Manager in the delivery of all Logistics activities related to Projects, Tenders and Initiatives in accordance with Subsea 7 systems and processes. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delegated line manager responsibility for part of the Logistics team.

Support resource planning to ensure that sufficient resources are available to support ongoing Logistics activities on projects and tenders.

Contribute to effective communications and network with key stakeholders

Contribute to implementation of continuous improvement of work processes and procedures

Represent SCM Logistic in nominated internal and external meetings

Facilitate regular communication with Logistics personnel in regions where we work.

Support daily Logistics activities on ongoing Projects and Tenders

Understand specific requirements for the country where project or tender activity will take place.

Support Logistics budgets, ensure costs are tracked during the Projects and communicate budget versus actual during project.

Compliance with customs and local laws at origin and destination locations.

Promote HSE leadership and ensure all Logistics activities are properly assessed and performed in safe manner.

What experience would we like you to have?


Relevant previous experience in a similar position.

Strong knowledge and experience of Logistics on large Projects.

Supervisory and leadership skills

Structured and organised with good attention to details

Strong integrity and focused on ethical behaviour

Clear and effective verbal and written communications skills
