Job Duties and Responsibilities:



On a daily basis, as a Lead .NET Developer you will be responsible for helping to debug,

design, implement, develop, build, and deploy Intersoft's products to the coding standards defined by the Technical Development Manager and Technical Architect. Should be knowledgeable in the Azure Cloud base technology that encompass pillars of scalability, security, performance, and maintainability. As a Lead .Net Developer you should be able to further enhance and enforce these standards, as well as guide and mentor your team.

Working on bug fixes and enhancements to existing applications and new projects Engage with DevOps to facilitate successful building and deployment of applications Liaising with the test team to ensure changes are robust and to specification Setup and configuration of new customer implementations on our core product Assisting support with live customer issues Liaising with BA's and product owners to create user stories Liaising with BA's and PM's to provide development impact on new work Managing your JIRA queue of bugs and tasks Writing and running of ad-hoc SQL queries for reporting or issue resolution Provide technical guidance to the team Identify and mitigate technical risks Work closely with Technical Development Manager, CTO, Dev Leads, and DevOps to produce robust solutions

Expected experience & skills:



8 years or more Development experience Solution implementation, ensure alignment of technical solution with project requirements; User Story Acceptance Criteria as well as the higher level design Code reviews, policing best practices; code quality, testing, and documentation Technical leadership; knowledgeable in the tech stack and promote best practices Proven technical problem solving; lead or guide trouble shooting efforts to remediate and resolve complex technical issues Developing experience in ASP.NET C# using Visual Studio, .Net CORE Cloud and Microservices solutions Event driven architecture Experience of developing websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and bootstrap Skilled experience of SQL databases Web technologies i.e., MVC, Web APIs, REST APIs and XML/JSON services Experience of gRPC, Docker, Azure Portal, Azure Service Bus Source control and branching using; Git, Azure (TFVC), GitFlow Unit and Integration testing Reviewing and prioritising Technical Debt and Security tickets Estimations, t-shirt sizing and guide tech collab impacts Strong communication and stakeholder management An enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ambitious attitude to work Great team working ethos Highly organised approach to work
