Your Role
Manage a specialist caseload of children with complex neurodevelopmental needs
Model expert clinical reasoning within a transdisciplinary approach
Embed OT practice into curriculum and daily routines
Support families through collaborative, strengths-based goal-setting
Drive clinical governance, quality improvement and evidence-based practice
What You Bring
HCPC registered OT with strong paediatric experience
Advanced skills in sensory processing, postural management, equipment and participation frameworks
Confident, compassionate leadership
