You'll work closely with a skilled transdisciplinary team across sensory integration, postural management, assistive technology, motor learning and participation-focused programmes.

Lead the Occupational Therapy service, shape strategic direction, contribute to senior management decision-making, and develop staff using our OT Competency Framework -- all with the backing of a collaborative senior team dedicated to supporting your growth and confidence.

Your Role



Manage a specialist caseload of children with complex neurodevelopmental needs Model expert clinical reasoning within a transdisciplinary approach Embed OT practice into curriculum and daily routines Support families through collaborative, strengths-based goal-setting Drive clinical governance, quality improvement and evidence-based practice

What You Bring



HCPC registered OT with strong paediatric experience Advanced skills in sensory processing, postural management, equipment and participation frameworks Confident, compassionate leadership Commitment to Pace's values and habits: innovative, child- and family-centred, specialist and aspirational
