Job Description

Role: Senior Occupational Therapist / Lead Occupational Therapist

Location: South East London
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 per week

About the Role

We are seeking

Lead Occupational Therapist

. The service provides expert rehabilitation for adults with neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Occupational Therapy team Ensuring the delivery of a highly specialist service Independently manage a complex caseload, using expert neurorehabilitation knowledge and skills Collaborate with patients, families, and carers to develop tailored treatment programmes Provide supervision, teaching, and appraisal for junior staff, assistants, and students Contribute to service planning, development, and evaluation Support clinical governance, quality assurance, and incident reporting Ensure high standards of communication with patients, families, and external professionals

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

HCPC registration (Occupational Therapist) Significant experience in a neurorehabilitation setting Proven ability to independently manage a complex caseload Strong leadership and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 55,000.00-62,000.00 per year
