We are recruiting a full time, permanent ND Lead Officer to join our Early Help Team (0-25 Disabilities) based in Llanelli and also support CCC as a whole. The Early Help Team (0-25 Disabilities) team covers the whole of the Carmarthenshire locality.
We are looking for an inspiring, enthusiastic and energetic person who can work collaboratively with professionals, individuals, their families and multi-agencies to ensure ND needs are inclusive and recognised. The role requires regular interaction with national, regional and locality teams. Within Carmarthenshire we aim to deliver a quality service to those we serve to ensure they are able to reach their full potential.
You will receive an induction along with regular supervision, training and support and there will be opportunities for your professional development.
The successful applicant will have relevant experience in working with vulnerable individuals and their families and have relevant qualifications and knowledge of legislation to support their role.
