The Role



We are seeking an experienced Lead Officer of Property Management to join our growing team and ensure the efficient operation of our residential and commercial properties. This role demands strong leadership skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our tenants and stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities:



Lead and manage the property management team, ensuring high performance and professional development. Oversee daily operations or properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations. Develop and implement property management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations Monitor and manage property budgets, financial reporting, and rent collections. Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner. Prepare regular reports on property performance for senior management. Serve as the first point of contact for landlords, vendors, contractors and internal teams. Acting as the primary liaison between company directors and external stakeholders. Maintain organised digital filing systems for leases, service contracts, insurance and compliance documents. Track lease renewals, rent reviews, and inspection schedules. Raise and track maintenance and facilities work orders, ensuring vendors meet SLAs.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelors degree in Facility management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field. Proven 3-5 years experience in facility management or workplace operations, preferably in a retail or automotive environment. Strong understanding of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management. Excellent project management skills with a focus on user experience and workplace excellence Candidates with 4-7 years' experience may be considered for a Senior PA/Coordinator position. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with property documentation (leases, service agreements, permits) preferred. Proficiency in real estate negotiations, lease agreements, and landlord negotiations. Familiarity with procurement processes and equipment commissioning. Experience with CAFM/CMMS systems desirable. Awareness of Health & Safety and compliance management or willingness to learn Willingness to travel between different sites.
Nice to Haves

Experience with procurement, vendor onboarding and invoice workflows. Data analysis skills for producing dashboards and visual reports. Relevant certifications such as IWFM, IFMA or BIFM, or Health & Safety training.
