Role Summary

We are hiring a

senior PPC strategist

to support, refine, and co-execute a targeted 1-month optimisation sprint on a

large, complex, multi-location Google Ads account

operating across major US markets.

Account Scale & Complexity (without naming brands)

The account you will work on involves:

Dozens of active campaigns across 15+ major US cities

Seasonal and event-based campaign layers

Millions of impressions and six-figure monthly click volumes

This is not a simple e-commerce or small local business account. It is a

national, high-velocity, high-intent account

with real complexity.

We already have a full internal audit and an initial optimisation roadmap. Your role is to

validate it, refine it, and co-execute its implementation

with our internal PPC manager.

You execute the

high-impact items together

-- not just telling the team what to do.

3. Weekly Strategy & Planning

Each week you will deliver:

the week's optimisation priorities the 3-5 essential actions to complete performance concerns and how to fix them spend allocation guidance across markets recommended tests and experiments what to monitor closely for the following week
Your planning must be sharp, actionable, and realistic.

4. Weekly Performance Review & Insight

Using weekly data provided by the internal team, you will:

identify emerging risks find gaps in efficiency highlight where CPC/CTR/QS can be improved propose budget shifts and allocation changes flag non-brand opportunities diagnose issues in campaign behaviour guide improvements to PMax and Search synergy
This ensures

continuous, senior-level oversight

throughout the month.

5. Structural & Framework Development

By the end of the month you will have helped build:

a scaled, clean campaign architecture across all major markets a bidding approach by city and intent level a PMax signal framework a message testing framework for RSAs structured negative keyword governance a weekly optimisation rhythm the internal team can maintain a city-tiering model for budget allocation
