We are now seeking an exceptional Lead Practitioner for Maths to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an innovative teacher and leader who is passionate about raising standards, supporting colleagues, and inspiring students to achieve their very best.
The Role
- As Lead Practitioner for Maths, you will:
Model outstanding classroom practice and lead by example.
Coach and mentor colleagues across the department and wider academy to strengthen teaching and learning.
Lead on the development of an engaging, challenging, and inclusive maths curriculum.
Use data, research, and best practice to drive continuous improvement.
Play a key role in developing pedagogy across the academy as part of our extended leadership team.
This is an exciting chance to make a real impact -- not only in the maths classroom, but in shaping the teaching culture of the whole school.
