We are now seeking an exceptional

Lead Practitioner for Maths

to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an innovative teacher and leader who is passionate about raising standards, supporting colleagues, and inspiring students to achieve their very best.

The Role -

As Lead Practitioner for Maths, you will:

Model outstanding classroom practice and lead by example. Coach and mentor colleagues across the department and wider academy to strengthen teaching and learning. Lead on the development of an engaging, challenging, and inclusive maths curriculum. Use data, research, and best practice to drive continuous improvement. Play a key role in developing pedagogy across the academy as part of our extended leadership team.

Is an excellent classroom practitioner with a proven track record of securing outstanding outcomes in mathematics. Has the ability to inspire and motivate both students and colleagues. Can demonstrate expertise in curriculum design and pedagogy. Thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to professional development. Has the ambition and vision to contribute to whole-school teaching and learning priorities.

Pay: 62,471.00-72,390.00 per year
