What you'll

Lead on high-quality teaching and learning across Science and the wider school. Shape an ambitious, engaging curriculum that inspires a love of Science. Coach and mentor colleagues to ensure consistently excellent classroom practice. Use data to raise standards and maximise student progress. Contribute to strategic school improvement and whole-school initiatives.
