Essential skills:



A relevant coaching qualification Level 2 (or above) and/or degree is essential Experience and knowledge of working with children & young people Good level of ICT literacy with experience in the use of such programmes as Outlook, Word and Excel Ability to work efficiently, under pressure whilst maintaining a high standard of work Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to communicate with people at all levels Confident and highly motivated Ability to inspire, motivate and encourage young people through sport Excellent planning and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities:



Team Leadership:



Set the gold standard for delivery, compliance, and professionalism, always upholding the core values that define us. Take charge of a small but mighty team of Activity Professionals, guiding them with unwavering leadership, mentorship, and support. Organise daily Huddles and weekly LION (Last time, Issues, Opportunities, Next time) meetings, fostering effective communication and teamwork. Conduct regular staff One2One meetings and performance reviews, offering feedback, direction, and clarity in setting objectives. Empower your team to execute company strategy and tactics cohesively, always in alignment with PEPs. Be the guardian of PEPs within your team, ensuring a consistent, high-quality standard for curricular course delivery.

Program Delivery and Engagement:



Unleash your mastery in delivering curricular, extra-curricular, and holiday course activities that leave a lasting impact, ensuring each session is both engaging and remarkable. Cultivate solid partnerships with schools and stakeholders. Identify and maximise upselling opportunities. Track pupil progress through diligent assessments.

CQI:



Sharpen your coaching skills and provide invaluable assessments in diverse learning settings, igniting the spark of skill development and continuous improvement. Be the compass, evaluating individual performance and providing the constructive feedback that fuels the growth of your team. Take the reins of staff development plans, orchestrating a symphony of skill enhancement and capability growth. Lead by example through in-house CPD sessions and peer training, elevating the expertise of our team. Share your wisdom and passion by delivering accredited training courses, further fueling the professional development of our team. Smooth the path for new team members, ensuring they hit the ground running in full alignment with our cherished PEPs.
