North Down Dental is looking for a highly motivated Lead Receptionist to be the heart of our modern, private dental clinic -- the first friendly face our patients meet and the key to a smooth, welcoming experience from start to finish.
About the Role
As our Lead Receptionist, you'll:
Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations efficiently
Handle appointment bookings, phone calls, and correspondence
Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth daily flow
Manage patient records and payments accurately
Maintain a calm, welcoming, and professional environment
About You
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Confident, organized, and proactive
Computer literate and comfortable with scheduling systems
A natural multitasker who thrives in a busy environment
No dental experience necessary -- full training provided
Previous experience in a receptionist or team lead role is desirable especially in the hospitality industry
