What You'll Be Getting Up To

Leading by example on the floor - hands-on, proactive, and always one step ahead. Overseeing clinical practice, ensuring every chart, med round, and care plan sings to the same tune: excellence. Mentoring and supporting the nursing team (you'll be their go-to guru, guide, and occasional shoulder). Taking the lead on handovers that are slick, clear, and inspiring - not yawn-inducing. Spotting issues before they escalate - because your radar for risk is top-notch. Collaborating with GPs, allied health professionals, and families to ensure a joined-up, person-centred approach. Keeping infection control tighter than a sealed glove. Championing training, audits, and quality improvement - because you're all about raising the bar.
Your Superpowers

A current

NMC pin

and a

minimum of 2 years' post-registration experience

(leadership experience is a big plus). A natural mentor with a knack for bringing out the best in others. Clinical confidence - your judgment is sound, your documentation is flawless, and your compassion is endless. Brilliant communicator - you can talk, listen, write, and reassure like a pro.
