New job opportunity - Fully qualified experienced roofer required to join our expanding team!
Here at ERC, we are an experienced roofing contractor based in Sheffield. We are looking to recruit a new member to join our specialist roofing team. We work on high end bespoke new build to domestic roof repairs and re-roofs.

We are looking for a fully qualified Lead Roofer to supervise a small team and ensure projects are completed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be expertly skilled in roof tiling, slating, and lead work, with previous supervisory experience being a strong advantage. Experience with flat roofing membranes would also be advantageous

Start Date: Immediately
Salary: Negotiable and will be discussed upon application.
Salary: Full-time, Permanent, and the working hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and guide a small roofing team Carry out complex roofing tasks including tiling, slating, and lead work Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements:

Full roofing qualifications Proven expertise in tiling, slating, and lead work Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Previous experience is ESSENTIAL to gaining employment within our construction team. Ability to go beyond completing flat roofs and cover all aspects of roofing. Full clean driving licence.Experience and Qualifications:
? A minimum qualification of a Level 2 Diploma in Roofing Occupations or in Roof Slating and Tiling.

Further Skills:
? Excellent knowledge and understanding of building and construction work.
? A good level of fitness and ability to work at height.
? Good attention to detail, delivering high quality standards.
? The ability to support large restoration and renovation projects.
? Ability to work well with others, delivering excellent customer service skills.
