Full-time (37.5hrs per week), rotational shifts across all departments

The Role



We're seeking a confident and compassionate

Lead Rotational RVN

to support our nursing team and patients across various departments including wards, theatre and diagnostics. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines clinical excellence with team development. The Lead roles are supported by Team Leader RVN's and therefore an excellent introduction to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead by example in delivering outstanding nursing care across all areas of the hospital. Mentor and coach team members, promoting a positive learning environment. Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team, Heads of Service and Nursing Leadership to identify training needs, support initiatives and improve workflow. Contribute to the induction processes, departmental communications and nurse leader meetings. Champion best practice, patient safety, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:



A qualified RVN registered with the RCVS. Proven experience in a referral or multi-disciplinary hospital setting. Strong leadership and communication skills. A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a passion for team development. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
