We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated RVN to join us as our

Lead Nurse

, helping guide and support our talented nursing team while shaping the future of our progressive practice.

What You'll Do




As Lead Nurse, you'll play a key role in:

Supporting, developing and mentoring our nursing team Working closely with our Senior Vet, CNM and fellow nurses Ensuring practice and group policies are upheld Helping create a happy, efficient and collaborative working environment Enjoying full nurse utilisation -- including consults and Schedule 3 procedures Facilitate clinical audits at your site as required within your area of responsibility Organise and carry out 6 monthly PDRs with the members of staff line managed.

Our nursing team includes those with interests in anaesthesia, ECC, behaviour and more--so you'll be surrounded by colleagues who are as passionate about development as you are! You'll also be supported by our fantastic Patient Care Assistants.
