Aesthetician with strong sales and leadership experience
to join our team. This role combines advanced knowledge of skin and body treatments with the ability to drive sales, promote treatment plans, and lead by example in achieving clinic revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be passionate about aesthetics, have excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of converting consultations into treatments and product sales.
Key Responsibilities
Aesthetic Treatments
Perform a wide range of non-surgical aesthetic treatments (e.g., facials, chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments,PRP Hair and Skin, Injectables,IV,Cryopen, body contouring, etc.) in line with training and clinic protocols.
Conduct thorough client consultations, assess individual needs, and create personaliSed treatment plans.
Ensure treatments are delivered safely, effectively, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Sales & Business Development
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for treatments, packages, and retail products.
Confidently recommend treatment courses and skincare regimes to clients, focusing on long-term results and value.
Convert leads from enquiries, walk-ins, and marketing campaigns into loyal clients.
Track and monitor sales performance, providing reports and recommendations to management.
Client Care & Retention
Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships and trust.
Provide aftercare advice and maintain ongoing communication to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
Handle client concerns with professionalism, escalating when necessary.
Leadership & Team Support
Act as a role model for junior staff by demonstrating best practices in sales and treatment delivery.
Support training and development of team members to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Collaborate with management to develop promotional campaigns, events, and sales strategies.
Operational Excellence
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment.
Ensure all treatment documentation, client records, and sales data are accurate and up to date.
Stay informed about the latest industry trends, new treatments, and product innovations.
Requirements
Recognized qualification in aesthetics, beauty therapy, or equivalent (NVQ Level 3/4 or higher preferred).
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in aesthetics and skincare.
Proven track record in sales within a clinic, spa, or medical aesthetics environment.
Strong communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work towards and exceed targets.
A proactive, professional, and client-centered approach.
