Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Director, providing regular updates, feedback, and support to ensure sales systems and strategies run effectively.
Manage all inquiries -- including sales, advertising, and general requests -- ensuring prompt, professional, and consistent responses.
Make and log outbound calls (50+ dials per day). While not all calls are answered, the goal is to ensure consistent follow-up, build momentum with leads, and keep the pipeline active.
Use established systems and protocols that are designed to make your job easier -- helping you stay organized, handle volume efficiently, and focus on meaningful conversations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to monitor lead quality from advertisements and provide feedback for improvement.
Assist in coordinating model bookings and training day logistics, ensuring smooth running of sessions for trainers and students.
Be available for occasional weekend training days (not every weekend), to support on-site operations or to help team during the weekdays (pre-organised)
Maintain accurate and detailed records in our CRM system (Zoho CRM preferred, or willingness to learn quickly).
Work collaboratively with the wider team, taking on feedback, learning from challenges, and escalating issues when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven sales or telesales experience, ideally in healthcare, aesthetics, or training sectors.
Comfortable with high-volume outreach, with persistence and resilience when most calls are unanswered.
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow systems and protocols consistently.
Tech-savvy, with experience in CRM systems (Zoho CRM an advantage).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and adapt to client needs.
A collaborative team player who can take direction, accept feedback, and contribute ideas.
Flexible, with availability for occasional weekends.
