As a Sales/Telesales Executive, you'll deal with a variety elements and tasks such as:
To sell the benefits of our leading conveyancing services to clients referred by our member estate agents, whilst ensuring maximum instruction and conversion rates
Outbound calling prospective clients to discuss their conveyancing quote using warm leads
Answering inbound calls
Responding to email queries
Maximising conversion from lead to sale to achieve growth/sales targets
Ensuring daily tasks are met and working within a team
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a sales/telesales role
Industry knowledge
You thrive working in dynamic and busy environments; this is not a back office role
A positive "can do" attitude is key to our culture and business model
Excellent attention to detail
Calm under pressure; especially being able to meet tight deadlines
Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team and maintain professional relationships
Sound judgement and demonstrate a logical decision making process when dealing with problems
Excellent IT skills
