Pro Elite Academy is dedicated to developing grassroots football and providing excellent opportunities for players, coaches and schools. Operating outside of the categorised academy football, we offer young individuals with potential the opportunity to progress forwards either through our Junior Academy Pathway (6-16 Years old) or our Scholarship (16-19 years old). We also have school partnerships were supply our affiliated Primary Schools with high-quality PE session throughout the academic year.
Role Overview
As a Lead Schools & Junior Academy Academy Coach, you'll be operating as our Lead PE teacher within our main partnered Primary School, Farnham Primary. During term-time, your working week will follow working on Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm, acting on the structured school PE syllabus to deliver high-quality PE sessions. However, we can also offer the successful candidate a Junior Academy team to lead for training and games in the Junior Premier League (age group to be determined) Specifically, we are looking for at a minimum, a UEFA C Licenced coach (or level 2 equivalent) to be able to join our organisation on a full-time basis to deliver enthusiastic, high-quality coaching across both of our programs.

School Partners Schedule:
(Term-time only):
Mondays-Friday - (10am-4pm) - Farnham Primary School
Junior Academy Schedule:
Mondays 5-8pm - Junior Academy training
Wednesdays - 6-8pm - Development Centre training
Saturdays - mornings (ko time varies between 8am-12pm)
Furthermore, we can offer the successful candidate alternative hours during non-term time to supplement the individual's income. Will discuss further in interview...
Key Responsibilities
To lead high quality PE sessions for our schools session
To maintain strong relationships with school staff & partners
To be able to act & follow high standards of safeguarding as the schools will demand this of us
To lead high quality, high balling rolling time, developmental sessions for Foundation Phase Junior Premier League players.
To vocally lead one of our JPL teams on a Saturday morning
To complete registers for our players on at training session to monitor attendance - (Junior Academy only)
To liaise with other staff and the academy manager on training & games
To liaise professionally with all partners & associates
Experience & Requirements
Vast experience of coaching/teaching within a school environment
Previous experience of coaching in a developmental setting
UEFA C licence/level 2 equivalent -minimum
Attend CPD events we supply
Desirable
UEFA B licence/level 3 equivalent
previous experience of coaching in an academy setting
BSC degree in a coaching related degree or similar
