We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master to support Agile teams within our Agile Release Trains (ARTs), ensuring they work efficiently, deliver value, and adhere to SAFe principles. Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and enabling teams to focus on delivering value for our composable banking platform. Partner with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritised backlog aligned with business objectives. Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile and SAFe best practices to improve maturity and delivery effectiveness. Foster strong communication, collaboration, and alignment between teams, Product Management, and other ART roles.
Promote transparency through reporting, metrics, and visual management tools.

SKILLS

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe or large-scale Agile environment. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and Kanban, with hands-on SAFe delivery experience.
