Job Opportunity: Experienced Lead Signage Installation Nationwide

Job Type: Full-Time

Base Salary: 31,000 to 33,000 per year.

OTE: Up to 67,000 per year with overtime & allowances

About the Role

The role of the Lead Sign Fitter is crucial to our operation, involving the full spectrum of signage installation, including:

Totems Flex face signs Built-up letters Fascia signs LED systems & cabling Vinyl application (including brick vinyl & digitally printed graphics) Site surveys

Work Locations:

Projects across the UK Includes overnight stays, weekend, and occasional night shifts

What We're Looking For

Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills Technically minded with high attention to detail Skilled in communication and client liaison Committed to health & safety and maintaining a tidy worksite Confident managing crew logistics, tools, stock, and job paperwork

Key Responsibilities

Signage Installation & Crew Management Vehicle & Stock Maintenance Tool Checks On-site Client Liaison Timekeeping & Fitters Mate Training Ensuring High-Quality Workmanship

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 5 years in signage/vinyl installation IPAF PASMA CSCS (Blue Card highly desirable) SPA Asbestos Awareness

Monday to Friday Overtime available
