We are seeking a Lead Software Developer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll be at the forefront of building and maintaining powerful, high-performance systems that support real-world healthcare delivery whilst managing and mentoring a team of developers


Your responsibilities will include architecting and developing complex backend systems, ensuring seamless integration with databases, APIs, and other critical components. You will take the lead in optimizing application performance, maintaining data integrity, and fortifying security measures to protect sensitive information.


You could be the ideal candidate for this position if you possess:

8+ years' experience as a Software Developer 2+ years' leadership experience A passion for Software Development with an eye for detail Sound knowledge and understanding of C# and the .NET Framework, and experience of TDD and Unit Testing (using NUnit or similar) Proficiency in the use of ALM toolsets such as JIRA, & Github for work item tracking, source control and continuous integration

Competitive Salary
