Mini Athletics Kingston & Wimbledon is looking for more exciting Lead Coaches for our fantastic sports classes for walkers-7yr olds!

This is a great opportunity for someone who would like part time working hours in a job that gives great reward, inspiring children. Mini Athletics delivers weekend/weekday classes, afterschool/nursery sessions, holiday camps and birthday parties to children aged 1 - 7 years. Our Amazineer class leaders follow the comprehensive lesson plans that take children through an imaginative journey in athletic movement.

We currently run classes 7 days a week across Wimbledon, Raynes Park, Worcester Park, New Malden, Surbiton and Kingston-upon-Thames.

We are looking for a Lead Coach for our Saturday classes in New Malden. Other hours are available at weekday afterschool clubs and on Sundays.

The Role (in brief)

To welcome and acknowledge all participants upon arrival of each class with enthusiasm. To inspire and engage with the children in your classes. Follow and deliver the Mini Athletics lesson plans in a fun and structured environment using equipment and apparatus provided.
Mini Athletics is looking for:

Someone who is passionate about inspiring young children. A confident, enthusiastic, reliable and organised person. Although a coaching qualification and experience is preferable, it is not essential as full training will be provided.

A UK driving licence and access to a car are essential as needed to transport heavy kit from venue to venue.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 13.00-18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 10 per week
