General Assistants

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring that both staff and customers have a positive experience. This position requires strong leadership skills, and the ability to aid business development by boosting sales and profitability. In this role you will report to our area manager and have a great potential for promotion in the role.

Responsible for:
- Cash Handling
- Providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring proper date rotation of all products within designated areas daily
- Maintaining Health and Hygiene standards within your section
- Ensuring that closing down/handover procedures are adhered to

The ideal candidate will have the following criteria.

Essential

- At least 2 years experience in a busy supermarket/filling station environment at supervisor level. The ability to demonstrate a proven track record of staff management. Knowledge of the an Epos / Back office retail system. Ability to organise and take lead over hardworking team. An ability to drive sales Flexible attitude to working hours. Have a knowledge of HACCP Availability to work flexible hours during weekdays and weekends. Ability to work well in a team Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication skills.
