Are you a seasoned Systems Engineer with SC clearance, looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a leading cybersecurity firm? Join us at the Capability Development Insertion Group (CDIG) and contribute to the advancement of Naval Ships IT Command System. We are seeking a talented and dedicated Senior Systems Engineer to play a pivotal role in our team.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will excel in the following areas:

Requirement Elaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand system requirements and evaluate changes in system capability against an established design baseline.

Design Development: Create design specifications under guidance and execute design activities in accordance with specifications and all relevant quality and technical standards.

Performance & Linking Testing: Take ownership of Performance & Linking Testing, ensuring successful completion.

Interface Management: Review and agree upon External Interface documents while managing the interface baseline.

Stakeholder Liaison: Establish effective communication with customers and/or suppliers in assigned areas, addressing engineering matters promptly.

Your Skills and Experiences:

Essentials:

Performance Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing system performance.

System Acceptance Management: Demonstrated ability to manage system acceptance processes.

Trials & Integration Support: Experience providing support during trials and integration phases.

Configuration Management: Competency in maintaining configuration control.

Technical Knowledge and Problem Solving: Strong technical acumen and adept problem-solving skills.

Complex Project Environment: Ability to operate effectively in a large, complex multi-project environment.

Systems Engineering: Possess foundational knowledge and a willingness to expand expertise in systems engineering disciplines.

Desirables:

DOORS Requirements Tool: Familiarity with DOORS requirements management tool.

Naval CMS Knowledge: Knowledge of Naval Combat Management Systems is a plus.
