As a Lead Systems Engineer, you\'ll be at the forefront of cutting-edge military solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

Analysis, Design, and Delivery: Developing solutions to meet program, business, and customer requirements by applying your technical expertise.

Complex Problem Solving: Utilizing your engineering prowess to address intricate engineering challenges.

Your Skills and Experiences:

Essential:

End-to-End Technical Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical solutions from concept to in-service.

Team Leadership: Prior experience in providing technical leadership for engineering/system engineering teams.

Technology Integration: Experience integrating commercial off-the-shelf technologies.

Information Systems: Understanding of information systems and architectures.

Desirable:

Military IT Equipment: Experience with the delivery, installation, and maintenance of Military IT equipment.

Development Frameworks: Understanding of development frameworks and software implementation.

Security Expertise: Knowledge of Information Assurance (IA) and Cybersecurity, or security architectures.
