As our

Lead Taker / Receptionist

, you will be the face of our showroom. Your main responsibility will be to welcome customers, take down their details, and assist with showroom coordination to ensure a smooth and professional experience from the moment they walk in.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors warmly upon arrival. Take customer details and register new leads accurately. Schedule appointments for our kitchen designers and manage the diary. Answer phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and follow up on brochure downloads or online enquiries. Maintain a clean and presentable front-of-house area. Assist with basic admin tasks and showroom support as needed.

Responsibilities

Professional, polite, and confident with excellent communication skills. Comfortable working in a client-facing environment. Organised and detail-oriented with a proactive attitude. Previous experience in retail, reception, or customer service is preferred. Competent using email, calendar systems, and basic office software.

Hours:

Full-time - 5 days a week (including Weekends)
