About the Talent Hub
The Talent team attract exceptional associates for Tecknuovo, understanding and engaging with their world while providing genuine, relevant value-adding products and services to them. The Associate Manager team ensure the ultimate experience for every associate who works with us, encouraging the associates to talk openly and positively about how Tecknuovo made them feel.

Respond rapidly to the demands of our ever evolving business, ensuring we continue to meet the exacting demands of our clients in providing effective teams and individuals across the whole business.
Strategic workforce planning: Align hiring needs with long-term business goals.
Proactive recruitment: Build pipelines and engage passive talent, not just react to openings.
Learn continuously about the different industries and communities, taking a deep interest in both. Ranging from retail to government and from product design to data and analytics.
Build out and iterate on our ATS system and use data-driven decisions: Use metrics like time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and source effectiveness
The experience
4 years+ experience working in a fast-pace delivery-led environment - focussing on candidate management/community management/customer relationship management
Relevant sector/technology exposure - primarily focused on technology, delivery, engagement, change and transformation
Demonstrable experience an established performer with strong communication skills who proactively builds relationships
