About the Job



Located in the Cardiff office, the Lead Test Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products, by leading the test analysts in testing and quality assurance activities. This position is responsible for testing applications on Salesforce, implementing test strategies, executing test plans, and ensuring that software applications meet quality standards and adhere to established processes.



Key Responsibilities



Contribute to the development of comprehensive test strategies and test plans based on project requirements, timelines, and resources. Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing scope and objectives. Create and review manual and automated test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios to ensure thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements. Execute test cases and oversee the testing process, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing. Identify, report, and track defects, and work with developers to resolve issues. Monitor and enforce quality assurance processes and standards throughout the software development lifecycle. Ensure compliance with industry best practices and relevant regulations. Identify potential risks and issues in the software development process and implement risk mitigation strategies.

About You



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance on Salesforce. Experience with Provar or Copado Robotic Testing is a plus. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, testing best practices, and quality assurance processes. Proficiency in test management and automation Hands on experience of API and System Integration testing Experience of working within Agile and DevOps delivery models Working Experience in Azure Test Plans : Script writing, test plan creation, test execution, dashboard creation & maintenance Ability to use technical data manipulation techniques to interrogate backend databases. Strong analytical skills and experience of analysing requirements and technical documentation to extract test conditions. Strong problem solving skills and a proven ability to use own initiative. Strong communication and organizational skills. The ability to gain a deep understanding of business

Please note that in September 2025 our Cardiff Office will relocate to Fusion Point One, Dumballs Road, Cardiff, CF10 5BF. The building is a 5-minute walk from Cardiff Central Station and a 10-minute walk to the city centre. Our new offices will have 60 parking spaces available which will be reservable online.
