The Vacancy


TPT is seeking a Lead Test Analyst to guide our testing function within the Software Development Lifecycle. You'll shape test strategies, lead a skilled team, and ensure quality across TPT and third-party systems.

You will be responsible for:



Defining and maintaining test strategies across multiple projects. Leading, mentoring, and supporting Test Analysts, encouraging teamwork and growth. Planning resources, timelines, risks, and support project delivery. Upholding and improving testing standards and best practices. Championing quality at every stage, identifying and managing risks. Participating in hands-on testing as needed, including manual, automated, and performance testing. Driving automated testing (Playwright with C#) and CI/CD integration. Collaborating with development, DevOps, and business change teams. Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and supporting stakeholder engagement. Reporting on KPIs and quality trends for leadership. Overseeing test environments and managing third-party testing as required.

Skills & Experience:




We are looking for individuals with:

Proven experience leading testing teams in software development. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies (.NET, SQL Server, Azure DevOps) and debugging web apps/services. Expertise in manual and automated (web and API) testing. Skills in designing/delivering test strategies and documentation. Hands-on with Playwright, C#, or similar automation tools. A solid grasp of Agile (Scrum, Kanban). Experience managing multiple projects and priorities. Strong stakeholder communication and influencing skills. ISTQB certification or equivalent.
