Job description
Outdoor Learning, Qualification Delivery & School Provision Leadership
Plan, deliver & assess engaging classroom & outdoor learning sessions for learners within our schools provision, in line with Inspire Training Wales' curriculum, qualification frameworks & organisational standards. To provide innovative sessions with dynamic delivery to energise and inspire learners to succeed in their personal and professional lives.
Key duties and responsibilities
1. Deliver accredited qualifications up to Level 1, ensuring all learners achieve targets and complete units within agreed timeframes.
2.Facilitate a wide range of outdoor learning , adventure-based activities and sport that promote teamwork, communication, leadership and resilience.
3. Complete detailed risk assessments and ensure all activities, environments and equipment meet health and safety requirements.
4. Manage and oversee the schools provision budget, ensuring resources, activities and equipment are suitable to programme needs.
5. Lead by example, promoting best practice in teaching, behaviour management, safeguarding and learner engagement.
6. Mark and assess learner work accurately, providing constructive feedback and maintaining detailed assessment & progress records.
7. Support learners' personal and social development, building confidence, employability and transferable life skills.
8. Monitor attendance, behaviour, progress and outcomes, implementing strategies to improve engagement and achievement.
9. Safely collect and drop off learners using company vehicles, carrying out pre-use checks, maintaining transport logs and adhering to road safety and safeguarding policies.
10. Coordinate timetables, sessions and resources across multiple schools, ensuring effective delivery and communication with all stakeholders.
11. Liaise with partner schools, parents, carers and external agencies to support learner progress and programme success.
12. Maintain accurate documentation including registers, learner files, qualification evidence and risk assessments.
13. To adhere to and promote

practices and policies.
14. Any other duties as requested by your Manager, which may be necessary from time to time.
