About the Role


RHACC is seeking Women's Education Lead Tutor to manage and develop our Women's Education Programme. This vital role supports women to overcome barriers to learning, achieve their goals, and progress in education, work and life. You will interview prospective leaners and help them choose courses that meet their individual needs and enable them to progress in their lives. You will also evaluate learners' progress and how well provision helps them to achieve their goals. Working closely with RHACC Heads of Department, IAG team and community partners, you will ensure the programme is effective and helps learners to achieve their goals and widen their horizons.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with skills in teaching and learning and/or providing information, advice and guidance and who has excellent communication and organisational skills.
