Lead Videographer

to help bring their visual concepts and ideas to life.

As our primary in-house Videographer, you'll play a crucial role in crafting engaging, visually impactful content for digital campaigns, social platforms, and other branded content. You'll work closely with our media production manager and social media teams, to create innovative concepts, then capture and turn raw footage into polished, professional content that gets noticed.

Key Responsibilities



Assist with

pre-production planning

, including scriptwriting, concept development, and storyboarding. Shoot engaging content both on location and within our

in-house media studio

. Produce a wide range of

corporate and commercial content

- including client case studies, promotional videos, and social media campaigns. Collaborate with our marketing, design and social teams to bring concept ideas to life. Ensure all content is engaging, creative, and on-brand for our clients. Manage projects independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high production standards. Edit a wide range of video content, including brand films, social media videos, reels, case studies, and social media ads Work with footage from internal shoots, stock libraries, and client-supplied assets Optimise content for multiple platforms (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) Implement graphics, animations, subtitles, and audio to enhance storytelling Maintain brand guidelines and adhere to varying client tones and styles Stay up to date with editing trends, techniques, and social video best practices

What We're Looking For



A minimum of 2+ years' experience in video and photography production and editing, ideally within an agency or fast-paced content environment Strong proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition a plus) and ideally, Davinci Resolve. A portfolio that showcases creativity, timing, and good understanding of social-first video Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management A collaborative mindset and ability to take feedback constructively Technical proficiency with professional cameras and production equipment, including

lighting setups, lavalier microphones, drone videography, and audio gear

. A creative eye for storytelling and a meticulous attention to detail. Full UK driving licence (some travel to shoot locations required and transport is provided). Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team.

Nice to Have:



Understanding of paid media/video ad requirements CAA drone operator license.
